CranioSacral Therapy

A gentle approach to help the body heal itself

Best for: Deep relaxation and powerful healing.
CranioSacral therapy is a gentle technique that helps the body release tension to relieve pain and dysfunction. It is used to treat a variety of conditions, including chronic pain and many other health concerns.

Reiki/Intuitive Energy Healing

Promotes physical and emotional wellbeing

Best for: Aiding the body's natural healing processes.
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that promotes relaxation, stress reduction, and healing of all types (physical, mental, emotional, etc). At the client's request, a Reiki session can be combined with crystal healing, smudging, and other techniques. Reiki energy healing can occur in person or via distance.

Holistic Health Coaching

Discover and start living your most fulfilling life!

Best for: Creating the life you want to live.
During the coaching process, YOU are in charge. You will discover your ideal life, then have the full support of your coach as you set goals and move toward that ideal. Coaching typically occurs once per week for 12 weeks, or you may choose to have a single session/consultation.

Massage Therapy

Therapeutic massage for individualized needs

Best for: Physical injuries and issues.
Therapeutic massage is customized for each individual. It may incorporate many massage techniques, including but not limited to Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Gua Sha, Reflexology, and Injury massage.

Holistic Occupational Therapy

Rehabilitation for injuries and more

Best for: Recovering from an injury or trauma
Occupational therapy (OT) does not help you find a job--'occupational' refers to how you occupy your time. OT helps you recover your ability to function, and to do the things that you want to do, after an injury or trauma. The trauma or injury could be physical, emotional, or something else. No matter what the issue, OT can help you get back on your feet.

Reiki & Intuitive Healer Coaching

Develop your intuition and ability to serve your clients

Best for: Developing intuition and ability to heal yourself and others
Whether you are new to the healing arts or are an experienced healer, this service will help you help yourself and others. You will work directly with Crystal to create an individualized plan to start connecting more strongly and meaningfully to your intuition. Not only will this help you heal yourself, it will also help you show up more fully and confidently for your clients. Get ready to fulfill your soul's purpose!

Coaching & Energy Healing Combo Pack

A combination of 2 coaching sessions and 1 energy healing session

Best for: Working through a specific issue or getting over a tough hurdle
The best of both worlds! This package provides two 60-min coaching sessions on the topic of your choice, along with one 45-min energy healing session in between. Start with a coaching session to envision your ideal outcome and plan how to get there. An energy healing session helps you work through conscious and subconscious roadblocks toward this outcome. A second coaching session helps you create a long-term plan to make a significant and lasting change.
